Legend of the Konoha Nine

"Get up!"Hinata yells,"youve got to beat sasuke". For a moment Oroike sets still than suddenly appears behing sasuke punching him into a wall.Oroike walks up to him than grabbs his neck,"Your coming with me",He says. Sasuke begins to cry,"Lonelyness,solitude you dont understand any of those things",Sasuke says as his body mutates. Horns Formed on sasukes head and a devilish like tail on his rear,"So this is the power of orochimaru is it.",Sasuke says as he punches oroike off of him and into a water fall.

Sasuke powers up a massive chidori to the point that it turns purple and Oroike powers up a rahyouton preparing for a final clash. As they charge at each other it begins to rain, almost as if the heavens want to block out the power these two are wielding at this moment. As they clash they shout each others names and the jutsu once again fight for dominance. Neither jutsu wins out and both are launched toward the mountain with an explosion. Sasuke takes off his scratched headband and lays of at the feet of an unconscious Oroike. He then runs away releasing g the jutsu on Hinata.

Hinata falls to the ground than runs over to Oroike,"I hope hes alright, and the other to",She thought to her self."

Aqua Is grabbed by Kimmimaru barely being able to pull off a hand sign. Bones from Kimmimarus chest go through aquas liquified body. Aqua falls to the ground than kicks Kimmimaru away from him,"You are just being used!", He screams. "No it is you who is being used, You follow orders from your beloved hokage without any intrest in the task at hand, wouldnt you call this being used?",Kimmimaru asks. "I cant just set back and watch my commrads be taken away by chumps like you!",Aqua screas as he draws his blade than charges a chidori through it,"If you cant see it my way than im going to have to make you!". Aquas Sharingan activates as he runs twords Kimmimaru,"What speed",Kimmimaru mumbles just as he is jabbed through the chest with Aquas sword. As kimmimaru is being electricuted his body transforms bith bones sticking out everywhere and his skin turning darker.

Kimmimaru looks up,"Orochimarus curse seal will save me",he thought to him self. B one grows from kimmimarus had and jabs Aqua in his left shoulder, Aqua is than thrown backwards barely landing on his feet."I guess theres no stopping it, I must embrace the curse mark as well"Aqua says as his hair grows much longer and two hand like wings sprout from his back,"Ugh I still cant feel my left arm, guess thats what i get for being cocky." Aqua looks up a kimmimaru who had grown a gigantic spike that perturded from his arm and hand both,"I will end you with this", Kimmimaru says as he lunges at Aqua, suddenly sand stops the spike just as it makes contact with Aquas skin.

Just as kimmimaro goes to jump back a massive tsunami of sand comes at him making his attempts to block futile

Aqua is now on a floating cloud of sand next to garra of the desert,"Why did you save me",Aqua asked."because you opend my eyes",said garra. The battle was thought to be won than suddenly kimmimaru came out of the sand lunging his spike at Aqua and garra. After Reaching their heads Kimmimaru stops than falls over dead,"Guess the tsunami was just to much for him", garra said as Aquas body reverted back to normal.

Soon after the battle Hinata walks up to aqua and gaara carrying a heavily injured Oroike on her unconscious. "What happened?" says aqua looking over Oroike. "Sasuke used the curse mark and got away" said a nearly crying Hinata just as Itachi appears

"You all did well",Said itachi,"You need to get back to the village, we will search for him another day but each of us need training, your comrads are back at the village being treated everyone survived" Aqua nods as he pulls out a scroll,"Summoning!",Aqua says as a gian hawk appears. "Get on his back", says Aqua,"He will fly us back to the leaf."

The ride back to the village as quiet as they are worried about oroike and are keeping a lookout for any sign of trouble. It is now two days later and oroike is in his hospital room with hinata and just now beginning to wake up.

"Your finally awake!"Hinata says,"You had me worried". "No it was you that had me worried",Said oroike. Hinata faints falling on the bed into oroikes arms. Might Guy walks into the room,"How unyouthful", he says than winks at oroike.

He tries to nudge her awake, blushing slightly because she is laying on top of him. He sees aqua walk in and looks at him shyly. "umm, a little help buddy?"

Aqua smiles as he walks over to them,"Having some fun i see". Aqua picks up hinata than sets her in a chair. "so how did the fight between you and sasuke go, i can only imagine its was horrific considering you who once broke a mans back lost to him"

"let me list it, I took a chidori through my shoulder, got falcon dropped from a cliff, cut with I don't know how many kunai. He took every technique I had and his damn curse mark just brushed it off, but me getting hurt doesn't bother, i'm sad that hinata had to watch it all." Says oroike

"Hmm so it was a hard battle i see",Says Aqua. "He must have been totaly different from when we fought in the chunin exam. anyways ive come here to tell you that me and Itachi will be going on a 3 year training trip that has a dual purpose, one for training of course and two finding out where orochimaru is hiding"

"Where does that leave me and Hinata?" says Oroike looking at Hinata worriedly as she begins to wake up.

"Well our team is suspended until I get back, so I assume the two of you will get paired up for dual missions. More than likely doing document deliveries and such" at this point hinata had woken up and oroike has noticed this. "Gai came by and told me that fainting was very unyouthful hinata"

Hinata gasps," I cant be uncouth full, for now on I will no longer faint" the group laughs as they spend their last few hours together before aqua leaves.

Oriole hugs hinata in attemp to test her youth," what are you doing,hinata asks." oh nothing ", oroike says with a grin on his face.

"this is a test of your youth, how long can you hold up" says Oroike tightening the hug

Hinata pushes oroike off her fairly easy," because it is unyouthful I will no longer faint" oriole heads in for another hug than hinata slapps him with a smile.

He laughs "alright, alright you pass. Let's go tell the homage that were ready for active duty." says Oroike as they leave. Soon they get to the tower and Hinata wants to speak with minato in private.

Miato and hinata walks to another room." what is it?",asks minato. " we'll I saw oroikes eyes and they had rings in them and was purple." minato gasps

"wait, your telling me this boy has the rinnegan?" says minato still in shock. "what's the rinnegan?" asks Hinata

"well if that's what you call it than yeah", hinata says. " considering he hasnt fully awoken it, I may have to step in", says minato

"how do you fully awaken it?" ask Hinata. "he has to be put in a situation of assured death" replies minato "how will you do that" ask Hinata
