Back story: Born in the mist, Aqua was given to his uncle after his parents were killed by assassins. He lived on the outskirts of the mist for a short time until the leaf launched an attack on the mist. The leaf ninja felt bad for the boy so they took him to live in the Hidden Leaf Village, there he was given a home and free food weekly delivered to him courtesy of the hokage.
